AMSN Chicago Chapter #317. Please mail your check to Cora Palmer. Please contact her or refer to her e-mail for post address information.
Upon receiving payment a membership card will be sent electronically to your email allowing you to print your card at anytime ensuring that you will always have a copy. The official membership card is proof of your active membership to AMSN local Chicago Chapter #317. Your local membership will be valid through July 1, 2013.

Essay contest: Enter to win FREE registration for 2012 AMSN Convention!
As winner of the Chapter of the Year Award, Chapter #317 has won two free registrations to our national conference in Salt Lake City, Utah! In order to win FREE registration, submit an essay to Cora Palmer by 8/21/12 with the following components:
- Personal contributions to Med-Surg Nursing
- Reason why you should win registration
- How attending the convention will benefit you
The essay will be judged by a panel of judges from each of our member hospitals. Winners will be notified by 8/30/12.
All applicants must be national and local members in good standing.
Deadline for entry is 8/21/12--submit your essay today!
